Coronavirus

Since the first reports of Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in January, JWU Study Abroad and Experiential Education & Career Services have been closely monitoring updates by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), U.S. Government Travel Advisories, international partners, as well as JWU's Health Services and Emergency Management departments. 

In response to the CDC Guidance for Student Foreign Travel for Institutions of Higher Education, released March 1, JWU has taken the proactive steps to cancel:
  • All spring 2020 group programs
With the ongoing concerns around student safety, travel restrictions, and community responses to COVID-19, JWU has take the proactive steps to cancel:
  • All summer 2020 group and individual programs
  • All fall 2020 group and individual programs
