How to Apply for a Study Abroad Program

Apply online after researching your program. If we are currently accepting applications for a program, you will see an "Apply Now" button on the program page. Click the "Apply Now" button to start your application and submit all the required electronic attachments and signatures. Submit only one application for each term. On that application, you can list a second choice program for that same term.

Study Abroad will only review complete applications.

There is a $35 non-refundable application fee required before your application will be reviewed. Pay it online within your Study Abroad application process. If participating in one program, only pay the application fee once.

If you are interested in participating in two programs back-to-back over two different terms, complete an on-line application for each program and submit two separate $35 application fees.

Program-specific application deadlines are found at the bottom of each individual program brochure. Study Abroad reviews applications 5 times per year. Once a program is open for applications, apply at any time.  During each review cycle, all applications will be reviewed regardless of program to allow for priority placement into a program.  Students are encouraged not to wait for the application deadline.  It is best to apply early to assist in their personal academic and financial planning for the study abroad experience.
